New to blogs?  So are many other people!  A blog (an abridgment of the term web log) is a website, usually maintained by an individual or group, with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics, audio or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. “Blog” can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. One of the powerful features of blogs is the way they can build community of like-minded people.  You can interact with the blog authors by posting comments to what they have written.  This can create great dialog between you, the author and other readers.  If you have something to share, all you have to do is click on the link that says “comments” at the bottom of the post you want to contribute to.

The most important thing is to have fun.  Our blogs are meant as a place for support and encouragement to meet your productivity, organization, and healthy living goals.
